Costs & Fees

SHRED’s fee structure is designed to align incentives between the protocol and its users. There are no deposit or withdrawal fees*, and no performance fee applied to principal. Instead, yield is distributed as follows:

• ~20% APY target from strategy

  • 15% APY paid to users

  • 5%+ APY to buffer fund + incentives

This model ensures SHRED remains sustainable, transparent, and aligned with long-term user outcomes. Note - There may be a price impact due to exiting costs. Please refer to withdrawal section for more information.
